Koffee Pirates/ASIS Coffee Machine repairs specializes in Coffee Grinders, Commercial, Domestic and Vending Coffee Machine Repairs, Maintenance and Services.
We provide the best possible technical support in the Coffee industry.
We stock a large range of spare parts and have three Service Technicians on-site and on the road. Our Technicians are trained to service and repair all of the brands of coffee machines and grinders that we stock and more.
COST OF A REPAIR OR SERVICE?
$99 PER HOUR - labour and parts
Any servicing that requires us to come to your location will also incur a service call out fee ($77.00 including GST / 20KM RADIUS )
Potential travel costs ($110/Hr ) - Depending on distance
For servicing/repair at our showroom WE REQUIRE A $66 UPFRONT QUOTATION FEE UPON ARRVIAL FOR SERVICING YOUR MACHINE. What to expect in this time is a diagnostics test to determine the problem with your machine/grinder and provide you with the remaining cost and prepare a quote for you!

DUE TO OVERWHELMING DEMAND OF REPAIRS ON COFFEE MACHINES, OUR SERVICE BOOKINGS CAN BE UP TO 2 TO 3 WEEKS …...

If you’re inquiring for a SAECO, DE LONGHI, GAGGIA, BREVILLE, SUN BEAM - it will take longer to service as our agent is based in Melbourne when seeking parts
